3 、预检测试（PTI） 每个冷箱在交付使用前应对箱体、制冷系统等进行全面检查，保证冷箱清洁、无损坏、制冷系统处于最佳状态。经检查合格的冷箱应贴有检查合格标签。
4 、装箱前准备工作 根据不同易腐货物应确认下述事项：最佳温度设定；新鲜空气换气量设定；相对湿度设定；运输总时间；货物体积；采用的包装材料和包装尺寸；所需的文件和单证等。
5、 装箱前及装货时应注意：设定的温度应正确；设定的新鲜空气换气量应正确；设定的相对湿度应正确；装箱时制冷系统应停止工作；箱内堆装的货物应低于红色装载线和不超出T型槽的垂直面；箱内堆装的货物应牢固、稳妥；箱内堆装货物的总重量应不超过冷箱最大允许载重量；冷箱装货后总重量（包括附属设备的重量）在运输途中不应超过任一途经国的限制值。
6 、脱离制冷时间 各种运输方式之间的交接可能出现短途运输或制冷系统故障，造成停止制冷。对冷冻和冷藏保鲜货物短时间地停止制冷状态是允许的。许多产品出现几小时的停止制冷可以接受，但并非所有货物都如此。对任何冷藏货物均不允许出现长时间地停止制冷。对特种货物和温度敏感货物应保持制冷系统连续工作，避免任何温度波动造成货物质量下降。冷藏货物运输的技术要求高，风险大，对任何冷藏货物的运输均应作好详细的计划，并认真作好每一环节的工作，才能保质保量地将冷藏货安全运抵目的地，为货主提供优质服务。Our company is devoted himself in the construction of net systems, and have established the agent net systems in Germany, Japan, and the U.S.A, and we also establish the good business relationship with the COSCO、CHINASHIPPING、K LINE、SITC、SINOTRANS、CMA、MSC、YANGMING and so on.
