6.工厂装柜时，CIQ申报的品名，必须每个品名拿出1-2箱样品，贴张纸或用粗头笔标注下，并一定要放到货柜门口；否则我司不承担由此产生的翻货费（RMB300-500)、甚至找不到样品推迟监装时间或做不了CIQ的责任，而且在找样品的时候难免会对包装和易碎品有影响
7.司机入仓时，务必听从我司理货的调度，尤其货柜多的时候，卸完货需把车开走，再等理货电话通知开车靠台装货，如果司机不听从调度，会耽误出仓时间甚至压夜，也影响我司的统筹安排
8.在监装现场，如我司工作人员及搬运工，向客人或司机索要财物，均属贪污行为，或服务态度粗暴，欢迎投诉举报.
9.关于木质托盘和包装，再生木不需熏蒸，原木一定要做熏蒸；如果贵司工厂有做正规熏蒸，请将正本熏蒸证寄给我司，如果没做，我司可以代办
10.关于全封闭性包装，因为监装一定要将货物取出来看货、拍照，所以工厂在包装的时候，要考虑到我司取货的便利性和恢复包装的可能性
11.关于出证时间，正常情况是3-6个工作日，但出证流程相当多，如因国检系统故障或重大节假日或相关国检人员调配不到位，会影响出证时间。您可以通过我司网站证书追踪系统查询，如果时间超出异常，我司会高度重视和跟进.vehicle road transport, sea and land transport and air transport services.
